Gem On Purpose Coaching Company is a coaching company founded by Jemima Okai in 2019. We began by organizing our first campus event titled, "After School, What Next?" and went on to host Vision Class with Jemima Okai in 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
This marked a turning point, as we began to explore virtual options. The Vision Class evolved into a 3-month coaching session, where Jemima helped participants—mainly students—understand their purpose, move purposefully, and live confidently.
After years of passionately helping young men and women understand life and live purposefully, our founder decided to formalize the practice by transforming the brand name from Geminspiration to Gem On Purpose Coaching Company (GOPCC).

As a sought-after speaker and coach, Jemima specializes in Confidence Building, Personal Development, and Public Speaking Coaching. Her engaging delivery and transformative programs have inspired individuals and organizations alike. She has been featured as a guest panelist on TV and radio and made her TEDx debut in 2024, garnering over 4,000 views within its first month.
Jemima holds a Master's Degree in Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.
